Sex education should be taught by parents along with morality. They won't get that in a school. What they get there is a how-to guide. Good morals is the answer and kids can't be taught that in a public school.

Sleeping around whenever with whoever. Respecting the body instead of passing around would help, to be blunt.

You're right it doesn't affect me (personally) but neither does someone breaking any of the ten commandments. But it's still ill-advised by religion

Unfortunately, with babies having babies now, how in the world are these "CHILD" parents going to teach morality?

The odds are against them for sure

EDIT: and with that, I'm off to bed. You all have a nice night

Then why do you care?

I could care less what my neighbors are doing behind their closed bedroom doors, and I certainly hope that they feel the same way about me.

And I think the only commandment that would bring up an issue in my life would be the "I shall not kill" or what the heckever they say

The others, I would ask, WHY DO YOU CARE?

Free birth control would go a long way, in my humble opinon and it should be handed out in schools.

Unfortunately, public schools aren't allowed to teach morality. I know the churches are reaching out to the youth. Maybe some kind of community action, like after school programs to point those without proper guidance at home in the right direction. It's a sad situation.

I think the young people are the ones to concentrate on. The older ones...some come to their senses as they age. Some are lost souls.

It is a sad situation, I agree.....I've lived it with two younger sisters and am STILL living it with one.

But, WHY aren't public schools allowed to teach morality?

Also, how do we find out that they don't have proper guidance at home?

Because morality/religion go together and public schools can't get into God.

One way to tell is how the child conducts his/herself. Do they have a smart mouth. Are they disinterested in their studies. Are they hanging out instead of going home. Are the parents involved at the school. One of my cousins was a teacher in Chicago and she said she could tell a lot about a child's homelife by how they acted in class. It is complicated, but society can't give up on it. Kids have to be kept busy.

That is Biblical.

Doesn't apply to queens, politics, etc. Just to the church.
