I'll start: I have two because I am from Spain but living in the US, happily married to an American.

Spain: Stop ETA (northern Spain terrorist group - seeking independence from rest of Spain) - not by futile negotiations, like the current government, but letting the national police forces, judges, and intelligence agencies do their job.

US: Stop the freakin' war in Iraq - get the UN involved in figuring out what the best kind of government for the post-Saddam is.

I agree about stopping the war. And I would add stopping corporate welfare!

The UN??? Give me a break! They can't fix anything, never could, never will!!!

BTW, the "Iraq war" is over, it ended in 3 weeks. Now there is a peace to win and the Islamofacists are working overtime to stop the peace in Iraq from happening. That is what must be won now and for as long as it takes. Defeat in not an option worth considering!!

Reform campaign fundraising and PACs.

Impose 2-3 term limit on members of Congress.

Forbid legislators involved in "moral scandals" (this would need to be defined, of course - bribery, felonies, etc...) from holding committee leadership positions. Better than that, forbid them participation in the Congress at all once they're busted.

That would be the start for me.

These all seem good descriptions of a dictator, but has little to do with the presidents job description. They are not granted any mystical powers to alter insanity with a touch of a wand.
