He would be great. I would like to see Hillary win and nominate him so that we can be treated to the spectacle of the radical right going into seizures! It would make for great theater.

That would give a whole new meaning to "The Greatest Show on Earth". If electing Hillary is price of admission, I'm onboard.

Yup, I'm for Hillary if she will guarantee us that Bill will be a Supreme Court justice. The entertainment value would be priceless!

Well if you need to be a licensed attorney that would disqualify Billy Bob.

I read nothing in the Constitution that says anything about being an attorney. Then again, in the early days of this country, most who practiced law were self-taught and/or learned the law apprenticing for more experienced legal types. Once that ended, the plague of accredited lawyers began and it has never been the same.

The Constitution doesn't specify the number of justices nor their required qualifications. All justices appointed and confirmed to date have been lawyers. Whether licensed or not I don't know.

I am quite sure that a lawyer that has been disbarred would not be meet the qualifications for a Supreme Court Justice--it would meet the moore-on, brain dead qaulifications, though.

A disbarred attorney would make for an interesting confirmation process now wouldn't it?

I think it would be fascinating. Given the rabid manner the senate dealt with Clarence Thomas you gotta figure a Clinton confirmation would be a hoot. Maybe they would get to the bottom of the stories about women who claimed they were raped.

and if it really gets nasty I suppose there is a possibility that Monika and her dress will be entered as evidence.

and maybe it would be a good time to buy some stock in companies that manufacture cigars.

That would be the best entertainment we could possibly get--could you imagine the late night talk show hosts and comedians--they'd be salivating--you can't buy entertainment like that!
