Its not Fox blowing it out of proportion, its the tin-foil hat woman they interviewed. If Tokyo gets attacked by Al Queda are we going to ban Godzilla movies?

I watch FOX news but guess I missed the interviews. I have dialup so I can't see the utube video-can someone describe what the controversy is here?
The picture shown does remind me of 911 but the Godzilla/ Tokyo statement sure seems to apply.

Looks like a woman blowing the movie out of proportion and Fox taking advantage of the situation for ratings.

Cloverfield totally ripped off the headless Lady Liberty thing from a video game called Deus Ex. It started out with the player character in New York making a round at a museum built in the future to commemorate an attack that blew off the Statue of Liberty's head. The player can walk up to and inspect the remains of the head, which is partially submerged in the ground and roped off like a museum piece.

Everytime I see a commercial for it, it reminds me of that game.

Sounds like the video game ripped that off from one of the Planet of the Apes movies.
