He apologized in court last week, explaining he acted on impulse.

At the time, Azarsina admitted to the incident, but said it was "nothing serious."

"You can't expect all males to control themselves when the breasts are out," he said.

Not sure--this was the perpetrator's defense: "You can't expect all males to control themselves when the breasts are out!"

I think it is an overreaction on her part, an immature act on his part and in no way deserving of a prison sentence. If she felt so offended she should have cleaned his clock and then gotten on with her life. Now she is saying how she is struggling to get normalcy back in her life? Oh please!

It was a forced sexual act regardless. Women see it different. Men probably would enjoy a little feel me up kinda thing. Women view sex as an intimate act and usually don't treat it as lightly as men.

True, but not deserving of a jail sentence. It would have been much better to have forced the guy to do some community service at battered women's shelter or something similar--that's what I would have sentenced him to--aloing with a "stiff" fine (no pun intended there!)
