Obama took his name off the Michigan ballot and Clinton left hers ??
http://marcambinder.theatlantic.com/..._delegates.php

Obama took his name off the Michigan ballot and Clinton left hers and then he tries to persuade uncommitted votes. He is such a two-faced whiner.

if so why would he do that?detroit blacks hate him?

My guess is he can't win the state, so he's not going to waste the effort.

It was not just Obama that left his name off the ballot.

most of them stayed off the ballot.

it is ludicrous to let the delegates be seated and votes counted.

The way the voting was set up one could not even write in a name. if they did that the vote was voided.

so you had Kuccinich and Hillary or non committed to choose from.

the fact she stayed on the ballot is immaterial. people voted or did not show up based on the knowledge that their votes would not count. if you want to now say they do count then the vote is a fraud and not reflective of the intent of the voters. and even if Obama lost if the delegates were allocated by proportion it would not mean she gained much in MI even if she would have won with all the candidates on the ballot.

. You hit it right on .
This could become the biggest election fraud in history if delegates are seated .
Its interesting that Democrats have cried loud over election 2000 , and then have the nerve to propose cheating their own in a massive scam.
I am not all that familiar with events in Mich , but I am in FLA.
The Democratic voters were told that primary election was a no go -- no delegates would be seated , and they were told in no uncertain terms . Many simply skipped it , resigned to vote in general election. I believe first time voters and young voters were least likely to vote --for nothing.
This is bigger than either Clinton or Obama , this will be a crime , should they be seated .
I realize that Clinton would have advantage , and I support Obama , but should it be the other way around -- I would feel same way.
This could throw an entire election !. Change the outcome of general election , and produce a phony President . It IS possible.
If we can't conduct a simple primary election ,fairly, what does that show about our nation and political process?.
I am really pi$$ed about this ,pi$$ed at Democratic party's crooks who suggest such things , makes my blood boil.
Its hard to believe anyone would propose this crap.
Up to now , I supported Obama , but would have voted Clinton should she win, but if she is behind this , pulls this off , no vote from me , ever.
If the delegates are seated , they change the rules , and they proceed with this ,Clinton benefiting , I will be faced with either not voting , or voting Republican in protest.
I probably will not vote at all , as I don't want to participate in sham elections . >f

If this scam gets pulled off it will be worse than what the dems complained about in 2000

MI was told the same. The delegates would not be seated. Period.

This will be a bloodbath that is going to rip apart the dems and I would bet it ends up being taken to the supreme court. You better hope your guy Obama wins in a landslide. Because if she pulls off this scam and she wins as a result the blacks are gonna riot. You can bet on it.

You'll get no disagreement from me--its the liberals that think the government is their savior you have to convince. I just want less of it--a lot less of it and at least with Republicans, there is a much better chance of that.

nah both parties are so consumed with having power they will do anything and it is just a matter of degrees. The republicans talk a good game but when it comes down to action they have not reduced govt. You look at some of the biggest programs and they were done with republican presidents. OSHA, EPA, Homeland Security........ The list goes on.

The contract with america looked good. but once they got in power they really did nothing of significance. You can cite examples of measures they passed but in the grand scheme of things they were a drop in the ocean they are drowning us with.
