I really do not understand what dropping bombs would accomplish , if we withdrew ??? . I also do not know where you would bomb ,why, or who ?.
I have to say , it would be icing on the cake for our enemies /terror --if we bombed our former "allies" . In fact , it would be the most damaging thing done to our nation so far . I might be wrong , but it does sound to me like bombing anybody will do ... It Sounds like you are someone with no plan , no military thinking , and no thought of political results . Just a bloodbath based on hate/anger at what appears to be a huge mistake ...If I am wrong --sorry about that, really.
I have no issue with those who are serving , those who really believe that all the killing will produce peace and stability --I disagree , but I respect their motives , and their courage.

As far as your statement >>> "sackless pieces of crap run this country... " --- I have been saying this for several years now! . >f

On another subject .
I have been told some pretty interesting about some of the Afghan soldiers .
My nephew fought side by side with them for nearly two years , and told me some some pretty amazing things . Some of these men he holds in greatest respect. Bravery , commitment , fearless, and absolute hate for the Taliban . Some of them who were lost were truly heroes , and others still living {when he left } qualified as heroes without doubt.
One story was Afghan nicknamed "two gun". He carried two auto pistols . He went on scouting missions with Rangers . He was trained in the U.S. , spoke english well , educated , and absolutely fearless. At one time they came across a a couple armed Taliban and were spotted . The Tali's retreated to a dwelling and discussion began as how to deal with it . Eventually taunts were exchanged .
At this point , with no discussion ,"two gun" unslung his AK , just walked up , entered dwelling , with a Berretta 9MM in each hand and shot them both !.
He became "two gun" after that , and is still alive.
-----------------------

So ...I was looking up Afghan war heroes -- Afghani soldiers -- ect ect on google -- guess what , they must not have any !
The only Afghan military heroes are ...... American, or possibly Canadian .
They are out there however , dead and alive . I guess their accomplishments are not worth writing about . >f

The right thing would never have us in Iraq in force to begin with.

See The Faces of the Fallen and not just the numbers.

Six Soldiers from 768th Eng. Bn. Receive Impact Bronze Star Medals
Sunday, 20 April 2008
By Capt. Patrick Jenkins
Multi-National Division - Baghdad

CAMP LIBERTY — It had been only a few hours since the Soldiers of 769th Engineer Battalion, 35th Engineer Brigade, Multi-National Division – Baghdad, returned from the monumental task of installing approximately 130,000-square feet of rocket-propelled grenade fencing and sniper-screen material over a 1,200 foot distance, with heights measuring up to 40 feet, at Joint Security Station Ur in the Sadr City district of Baghdad to veil the aerostat and its docking station.

Unbeknownst to them this morning, with most of them receiving very little sleep, would be the surprise of a lifetime as Maj. Gen. Jeffery Hammond, the commanding general of the 4th Infantry Division and MND-B, took a moment from his packed schedule on April 12 to honor six of the battalion’s Soldiers for their accomplishments as he presented them with impact Bronze Star Medals.
