If given the choice of believing in either Bush or Carter - Bush's brain left the building a long time ago (and I am not referring to what's his name aka Bush's Brain, Karl Rove).

Carter wins by a landslide - and as for shameless arguments, Fox News, and their local shameless shill, LANMaster, have their heads in the sand about most issues in the Middle East.
