addictive free cigarettes
I saw on a pack of Winston smokes it said addictive free box. so is it true that there are addictive free cigarettes out there or is it false advertising to get you to buy more.

"Additive Free"

It's a marketing ploy to make you think the smokes are somehow safer.

It sounds like a marketing ploy - there's no such thing as a healthy cigarette. It's just to make consumers think that they're doing less damage to their bodies when in reality they're just as addicted.

I wonder how many people ( young people especially who really think it says addictive and not additive ) start smoking them and find out they aren't really addictive free...

The 2 words DO look suspiciously similar...

Thanks lexmarks for pointing this out. I am quite certain that you aren't the only person who thought the boxes said additive free. I am going to contact the American Lung Association and let them know. They probably have heard this before and enough people informing them will give them another angle to attack Winston's 'No Bull' campaign...

Winston's are to blame for people being unable to read?
Does the reverse work? People read "WARNING: Cigarettes are addictive!" and think they have had something extra put in them?

Are Winston's "No Bull" cigarettes any healthier than others?
"EEEK! Smoking is bad for you! How dare you say they are healthy!"
Not what was said.
Is smoking more dangerous than a glass of arsenic?
Do "No Bull" cigarettes cause AS MUCH damage as others? Or less? Or More?

Yeah, In Canada it's no longer allowed to market cigarettes as light or mild.

Like I said when I replied to your PM, which by the way was was chuck full of errors as is this one .... you posted in CD not Random. When you do that you open yourself to a whole new world and all I was doing was stating a fact. Both of your posts in this thread back up what I said. What you did in imo was wixed your mirds up. Ain't no biggie cuz we all do it.

That said.... Let me make something very clear. I did not call you a name as you have done to me and because of it I have solid grounds to report you for same. I'll leave that to the children and ignore it because you're such a sensitive guy. Truth be told... prior to calling anyone a name I have been known to ask the persons permission. The last time I did I wasn't granted permission to call the guy an idiot but I did make my point.

PS: Please tell me what an old hag is

PS #2: Who is harassing whom ? ( at least I spelled harassing right : )
