the confusion seems to be in thinking it was an acceptable profile picture
in spite of some useful information that candy provided in her email to SoulsRival
is this thing solved yet?

#36 | I'm going to post this blurb that folks see (or should see, as it's in RED) when they go to the EDIT PROFILE PICTURE page: IMPORTANT: Your Profile Picture must be a photo of you. It cannot be a cartoon, sketch, drawing, picture of your car or pet, etc. It must be of YOU. These uploads are monitored and pictures that do not meet the requirements will be removed. Thanks!
Ok, hopefully we've got this solved now. | | Distinguished Member with 12,587 posts. | | Join Date: Oct 2005 Location: BOT бaHДиT Experience: (50-6) 44ko, one earlobe |

When I veiwed the administrator's Profile who sent me this email today I discovered the first page of friends list including Moderators ect had cartoon pictures uploaded as profile pics. Does that flabberghast you or what?!?!?!?
All I did was try to put up a simple picture I had created of the message "You can not add yoursef to your own ignore list" when I tried to put myself on ignore.
And the very next day I get a NASTY, MEAN, mean and nasty(although I must admit, simultaneously polite and non-judgemental ) email from Cookiegal telling me that I can only use a picture of myself as my profile photo.
I was confused, and hurt. Sure, I cried a little. I mean, who wouldn't???
Alas, this seems a fairly common complaint.
Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to speak for those of us who would otherwise have continued to suffer without a voice.
Viva La Revolucion!
