interesting....in checking out movie times for LAN in Arkansas, I stumbled across this review from Arkansas online

whereas Pigliucci says

Capitalism is indeed a love story, because through all the criticism it is obvious that the director aches for a better America, and he does not envision that America as a communist country.

the author from AK begins his review this way

Michael Moore's Capitalism: A Love Story is anything but - he might have had a crush on capitalism early on, yet anyone who thinks that the two have been on friendly terms for a while hasn't been paying attention.

what's interesting, tho, is -other than the difference between these two perspectives on Moore, both reviewers see the movie through much the same lens.

i haven't seen it....probably won't....but i was glad to see that two people, at least, who did see it where able to acknowledge that it wasn't just some liberal "manifesto" against capitalism.
