purchased upgrade.Program will not open tried everything I can think of - uninstall, reinstall, reboot -cold boot as well. uninstalled and reinstalled my former version - still won't load. I click on the icon, I see the initial breeze browser small rectangular title - then nothing,I'm thinking there's some Win 7 I need to adjust - but BreezeBrowser support is only by email, and not much help there

Any suggetions?

Glad you managed to squeeze "Win 7" in to your post. All too often we get posts about a problem and the poster never thinks to tell us their Windows version (as though it isn't relevant), so thanks.

zip nada nothing - took longer to get to the splash screen - but then minimized to an icon on the task bar
and wouldn't open to the main screen.
