Unable to email movie clips and temporary directory settings
Hello,

I have movie clips in the email format but am unable to send them.

I get the following message (which I don't understand!).

"Unable to open temporary directory.........(name of file)......check temporary directory settings."

Is anyone able to tell me what the temporary directory is and where to find it, or has any other help they can give me.

Thank you,
Bye,
Penny.

If the movie clips are in a regular folder on the computer you can just attach the movies as a file. Is that what you are doing?

Hello Slipe,

Yes, that's right. I am able to mail them to myself, but not to someone in Canada. I got a message about SPAM blocking, so wonder if the problem is on the Canadian side. I will try sending it to someone in the US to see if it goes.

Bye,
Penny.

Try zipping it up and then attach it to the email.

Hello hewee,

Well, I don't know what's going on, because I have mailed it to you on two occasions, to the address you gave me. Have you changed your address? It got to Canada to Lu so I don't know why it doesn't want to get to America!

Please let me know the address in a p.m. so I can check I am sending it to the right place.

Best wishes,
Bye,
Penny.

Same address that you use to send the webshots card to is what I have so I don't know what the trouble is.
