I need a cursor/icon editor.
I'm looking for an easy-to-use (preferrably free) icon/cursor editor which can also extract icons from exe's and dll's

I've used Microangelo but found I didn't have enough use for it to justify the $40 once the trial period was up.

Lots of others out there:
Pixel Toolbox
IconArt/SnlcoEdit
IconEdit32
IconCool
etc.

I found SnIcoEdit right before Hewee posted but when I went to reply I found that my ISP had finally started their maintenance which they said was going to happen yesterday. It is a great program, does icons/cursors and can extract from exe's and dll's.... best of all it's free.

Thanks to all who replied.
