Talking Digital Video Editing Software...
Hello all.

My Dad has just gotten his hands on his very first Home PC, although he has been working with them his whole life, he has only now decided to get one at home.
Now he has just videod a family WEdding and now wants to edit his footage, along with anothers footage, through his PC.
He has a Sony Digital Video Camera, which came with Pixela editing Software. He is having a little trouble, and I am wondering whether there is better software out there to do what he wants to do!

Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

regards

I am an independent producer and at this time I use Pinnacle Studio 8, easy interface for a novice and if you get Deluxe it comes with breakout box. Here are couple of neat sites:

This site has great deal for Pinnacle Deluxe

Ahh, thanx for that. I have copied your reply in an email to Dad, and he is going to look at the sites and stuff.
Will keep you posted on how he gets on.
