Creating Animated Avatars
Hello, I've gone through "search," but couldn't find what I was really looking for.
I'm running WinXP, P4, 256Ram, And I'm trying to find info to create an animated avatar. I've got access to Corel 10, Adobe Photoshop 7, and irfanview.
I've got moderate comp. skills.
If someone could please give me some insite as to what I need to do, or where to find simple instructions.

The problem with America is stupidity. I'm not saying there should be a capital punishment for stupidity, but why don't we just take the safety labels off of everything and let the problem solve itself?

Howdy

Animated avatars, in there simpliest from are nothing more that a series of still frames joined together.

open this in Image Ready and you'll see what I mean

Image Ready or plenty of other animation programs can do some of the work for you by adding effects of one sort or another to create movement

the one I posted was done by drawing the individual frames then joining them in some program

Clskrk
Animated Avatars are actually Animated Gifs reduced to Avatar size.
Here is a thread that explains some items.
