TIF trouble
I received a CD from a supplier containing lots of TIF files. I can't open 95% of them.

I can't preview the files in XP, and when I try to open them with photoshop, I get a message "Could not open <filename.tif> because the file is not a TIFF file."

The oririginal CD was made on a Mac. Are Mac TIF's different from PC TIF's ? Can they be converted ? Why can I open a small portion of the tif's, but not the others ?

right click on the file while holding down <Shift> and select open with... Windows Imaging. Win98 select Kodakimg or Kodakprv
