Screen Captures From Your Mpeg Files?
hey well ive been tryin to take screen captures when i play my MPEG files on my pc, i use winamp to play them or b4 that i used real player but whenever i press Print screen and ATL it snaps the shot but when i paste it into Paint it shows the outline of the box with a black screen and no picture so can anybody help me with this please.

Using THIS small, free easy to use programme, I can pause the video and capture a rectangle from within the screen area - works fine.
