cant transfer pictures from my new digital camera to my computer
I just bought this new sony DSC-T1 digital camera and the Usb driver isn't working it keeps coming up when it has found new hardware that there is an error. We phoned the hotline and they said that sometimes if it is not the original operating system on the computer it doesn't work. We had ME but it wasn't working so our friend put on 2000 professional if you have any advice on how to maybe fix this problem that would be great thanx

You'll need to give more information than that. Recite the exact error message and when it occurs.

Error messages
After installing the USB driver error saying: the drive or network connection that the shortcut 'Image Transfer.Ink' refers to is unavailable. Make sure that the disk is properly inserted or the network resource is available, and then try again. THen after installing the image transfer and image mixer and the image mixer programs and I hook up the USB cord and the message found new hardware now installing pops up it disappears and a message that reads 'Sony DSC an error during the installation of the device, the data is invalid' If that helps please reply and give me some ideas to try cause im stuck and i need to get this working thanx

You should be able to right click on my computer and see what version of Windows you are running.
