webcam
i installed my labtech webcam on windows 98 2nd edition and when i tried to use it the message is another application is using the webcam shut it down and then retry can u help?

webcam
webcams can only be in use by one program, well the one i have is. Msn and yahoo cant be both using webcam at same time. msn or yahoo can use it... also check to make sure that the program for the webcam isnt using it(bottom right hand corner?) Check the manufacturers website as well
