Olympus C-720
i was wondering if anybody has tried going beyond the specs (max 128mb) to a 256mb card... i barely remember somewhere it saying that the mini-processor (or something of the similar) that 256 would make it go wonky. *just wondering if anyone has gone and tried the 256 card... ??? =)
thanks ~n8

I have the c-740 with a new (256 mgb DX) memory card. at full resolution I get 324 pics. I have had it for just over a year with no problems at all. Does this help?

This page advertises the C740
http://www.bwayphoto.com/product.asp...discontinued=1

And it clearly states it takes 16 MB to 256 MB xD cards.

Are you saying your camera is different in this regard?
What does the user manual say?
