Could be something in Windows under system also, not just the registry. Do a search for the camera under "Find" in your start menu. Did it ever work in chat?

Hello Photo Lady,

I have a Intel CS630 that is notrecognized by my PC.The Intel create and share software thinks that another video application has access to the camera and therefore cannot connect to it. The "scanners and cameras" icon in the control panel has the Kodak DC-120 camera listed(Where did thiscome from?). The intel CS630 camera is not listed.
I have removed and installed the "Intel Create and Share software" numerous times, the CS630 is still not recogniized.

Any ideas on what could be done to fix this?
