Digital Pics not downloading
I just had to re-format my computer due to a virus. Now I cant get my software to work. I'm using Windows 98, with a Centrios DSC 3020 Camera with Photosuite 4.0 software. It worked fine before re-formatting.It suppose to put a "removable Disc " Icon in my computer folder, to double click on, but it won,t show up anymore. I've tried re-installing the software a few times. No luck. Any suggestions ???????

There is a Windows 98 update patch for USB to work better I believe. You may need to track that down, it would have been lost in the reformat.

It might require a better driver for the motherboard chipset (you have reloaded these?) as the basic Windows one may not bw suitable for it.

Windows 98 is touch-and-go for USB in many cases, Windows 98SE is better but still a bit flakey at times.
