HP Printer shuts down
I have a 7760 photo smart printer when i try to use the black ink only and the borderless printing feature the 7760 frezzes up wont print and i have to pull the plug to get it to work, not completing the job. It works fine when not useing these functions together. I also have a all in one v40 hp printer hooked up as default printer useing an hp desk top with XP and internet explorer. Iam networking with a hp laptop useing the same system. this is the first time ive had a problem with the 7760 printer. thanks jim

All that comes to mind is to update your drivers. If you already have all the latest drivers, my GUESS is that you'll have to wait for a solution from HP.
