If I have a camming session, how do I go about saving that session?

If you have a video out on your video card you can record from there.

I mean't that if I had a camming session over the net is there some way of saving it on the computer, then copying to cd??

YOu need some sort of video capture/editing software like Adobe Premier, Pinnacle Studio or something similar.
