Cool Digital Camera question...
I am looking for a digital camera to buy and i was wondering if some of you could help me out. Heres what I would like.

Around 3.0 Mega pixels.
LCD screen for review. (Size doesn't matter.)
Inexpensive.
Quality Product. (It won't break with common use.)
Also I'm going to be using it a lot to take pictures of snowboarding. So I would like it not to have a long delay before it takes a picture. Camera's that I have owned in the past would pause around a couple seconds which made it very hard to capture moving photo's....

Any help would be great, thanks!

A few other sites are:

I've a Kodak DX6490, and like it quite well. One thing tho' that I am disappointed is that I can not (a) do macros [closest this will get is ~4.7" - not bad, but I'm greedy... ] (b) can not attach external filters, etc. on the lens, and (c) can not perform manual focus.

All digital cameras are slower, to various extents, than film cameras. However, newer ones are indeed getting faster. Mine, in regular mode, is slow, frustrating so at times. However, it does have the capability to shoot up to 3 frames per second, for 6 consecutive shots in a burst mode. There are MANY features that I'm still learning.

As long as you can balance the cost vs. the benefits you desire, want, and need, that will help you in your choice. Good luck!
