A regrettable example of bad service to customers of Photo2VCD
1. I have bought Photo2VCD Professional by Internet, one year ago.

Recently I have had a problem with my computer and I have been obliged to reinstall all the software.

In the case of PHOTO2VCD Professional I couldn′t be able to do it, because the register key got from the supplier is not accepted.

2. I have put the problem to the supplier, that answered me the day after as follows: «Why not to upgrade to Photo2VCD Studio 3? It has many more great features. To learn how to upgrade, go to http://www.photo-to-vcd.com please. Thanks. Support Team»

3. Surprised with the answer, I have insisted telling the supplier that, before eventual upgrade, I wanted to have the "Photo2VCD Professional"and that, in any case, I think that the "upgrade" is only possible to those who have the previous "grade", which is not my case, due to the accident with my computer.

4. I didn´t get any answer after insisting a couple of times. The last mail I sent stated: «I insist once more asking you to be so kind to answer to my mails dated October 24, 25 and 27.

I regret to inform that I don´t understand your delay, as it doesn´t fit to the promptness of your first reply, stating « Why not to upgrade to Photo2VCD Studio 3?»»

5. Resuming, after three weeks, I don´t get any answer from Photo2VCD

This is why I won't pay for a downlaod I would much rather a company ship me the CD. You probablly tried this but they have an address just for problems with the registration code.
