Problem saving picture files
I am having a problem saving pictures as .jpg's. They come in as .jpg's attached to emails but when I right click to save them to a folder, they want to save as .bmp's and it doesn't give me a choice of saving them as .jpgs. I am using XP Pro.

Howdy and welcome

First try emtying you temporary internet files...see if that helps

Are you use AOL... have a look at this...
