Unhappy Trying to upload photos onto Seller's Sourcebook
And I am SLOWLY LOSING MY MIND. I run a small clothing auction business on ebay and I would like to use Seller's Sourcebook for preparing my auctions as they have really nice templates and useful features supporting auction sales. BUT...every time I try to upload a picture into their Photo Manager, nothing happens. I have followed lots of advice on this subject, like downloading Infranview and resizing all pics to less than 550 kb and turning the picture quality on my camera down to crappy, and I tried uploading them on the Beta Site at SSB...nothing. Nada. No joy. This is particularly frustrating because the pics load relatively well into the ebay photo manager. But I can't get them up onto SSB or Inkfrog. The help guy at SSB told me that the pics came across to him in an email as bmp's and I should try converting them to jpeg's, but I don't know how to do that and when I click on the pictures on my computer, they say they are jpegs. Lying #$%&*. Anyway, I have a very limited amount of knowledge relating to computers and this is so frustrating. It is like stumbling around in the dark. HELP ME.
