Template for print output?
Hi everyone.

Can anyone please tell me if there is software that will take an image and output that image to a specified size?

For example, I have several photos that I've scanned that I would like to print to a specified size...such as 5"x7".

Ideal software solution for me would be something that I can click and drag into a predefined template for output/print. Something similar to coverxp but instead of cd covers, it would contain print sizes.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Try using the XP Printing Wizard. Find the pic you want to print in Explorer and right click it. Then select print and follow the options. It works great for what you are trying to do. You can print multiple pics or numerous ones of just one in quite a few popular sizes.

This is free and works fine. I played with it a little as you don’t need it with Photoshop. It appears it has standard templates for sizes like 4 X 6 and 5 X 7, but you have to make custom templates for 6 X 4 or 7 X 5. I guess they expect you to rotate it, but it seems a lot easier to just make the templates – you have to make it only once. http://ekot.dk/programmer/JPEGCrops/
