Question Adobe Premiere Pro 7.0...need some help!
Hi,

Im New to this program and movie making, but i decided to give it ago and im creating a unreal tournament movie I followed a tutorial and got quite far though the only problem was it was using like Adobe Premiere 4.0 or something!

So I got lost at points, so ive just got a few questions is anyone can help me:

I want to create title's which are transparent so that could write for instance "featuring ipatriot" and that would show up at the bottom and u could also see the movie behind it.

At the moment i have got title's but they are just black screens and ive put them at the start just saying like "welcome to my movie" but now i want to work out how to put text on the clips.

Any ideas of help would excellent.

Thanks ipatriot

Create new video track above main video track--throw the title with transparency on that track.

i couldnt find one but with mine it just auto went there...heres how i do it. i dont know exactly the name of the buttons to click but they are pretty close and there is probably a better way, but it works for me.
right click in the file browser where you have "sequence 1" or somthing like that click 'new item', 'new title'. the title tool comes up you put in your title and save it (either file save or ctrl-s) it should auto import into your file browser, if not put it in there. drag your movie into video 1 and drag your title into video 2 above the movie. that always works for me. try the help that comes with the program if this didnt help. do a search for 'title transparency' or somthing along those lines
