Solved: Video capture problems
Hi all,
I have just installed an Adaptec AVC 2010 PCI video converter kit, and am having problems with the supplied capture software (Sonic MyDVD).
The problem is that when I run the programme and select capture the programme hangs and stops/will not respond. The only way out is to close the programme through task manager.

Also I have a copy of Ahead Nero 6 trial that came with my DVD recorder, when trying to to capture through that it says that the capture card is in use and to close applications using it. BUT there are no programmes running as far as I can tell. If that warning is ignored and capture attempted anyway, the programme terminates

Anyone any ideas as to what is going on??

Thanks in advance
Keith

the dvd and photo programs dont work
1 you spelled program wrong 2 test your computer by testing a program with video or photos.
read all computer papers if that does not work
(if you dont have them find them online!)
