Photoshop -ACD Photoangelo 2.0 question
Hi everybody,
I am in the process of making slideshows using photoshop files and as software ACD Photoangelo 2.0
All of my slideshows are perfect, except that I have problem with some images. The thumbnail is not visible, instead there is a black rectangle with this message: "This layered Photoshop file was not saved with a composite image"

I checked my files, the ones that were accepted as well as the ones that have not been accepted, and I can't see any difference. They all have the same characteristics, the same size, 2 layers each, the same dimensions, taken with the same camera, and the same lens. They have all been saved the same way.

Can anybody give me some clues as to what is the problem, where is the subtle nuance that escapes me?

Thanking you in advance

Hrisula
PS I am on windows XP, use photoshop CS

i've used photoshop for years and have never run into that problem. o__O interesting.

i used google to see if there were sites about it. i hope this is helpful:

http://www.iview-multimedia.com/supp...hp?id=58_0_2_0

here's how to turn it on: On Windows: Go to Edit > Preferences > File Handling. In the resulting window, select "Ask" or "Always" in the pull down menu next to the Maximized PSD File Compatibility entry.
