Digitrex Dsc-3000
I purchased a Digitrex digital camera for my husband for Christmas. I installed the software, following the directions EXACTLY AS PRINTED in the user manual. Now, I can't upload pictures. I get an error message that states that this camera contains NO pictures. I tried the Digitrex website but it is down or no longer available. Can anyone out there help me? I am running Windows 98. Thanks a million for any help offered . . .

Digitrex driver
I found a april 2004 copy of the driver here
http://other.driverfiles.net/page,sh...00,search.html
Some Digitrex appear to have some conflicts with operating systems. Reveiw in Tomshardware suggests some work fine others dont. I had problems with 98se and my digitrex1300. But problems went away with xp.
My daughter has problems dowloading the photo's cause she doesn't follow the process stated, namely switch the dial to pc, use menu to scroll DOWN to mass storage drive, press enter, and Then connect the usb cable to the pc.
You've already said that you are following the instructions so I guess the sentence was superfluous
Hope you can get it to work.
BTW, when I couldn't get mine to work properly with 98 I found that irfanveiw, a free program,
http://www.irfanview.com/
at least made it useable. I still couldn't access the mass storage drive through windows explorer, but I could get the photo's on the pc and veiwable and from there do a saveas.
regards
Matt
