funny printer
Hi - I am running Windows XP - I have been using an old printer (HP Deskjet 895) for a few years. Everything was fine until recently -now, sometimes when I try to print an email or something from the internet (or one of my other files on my harddrive with any color in it) the printer will only print a couple of inches into the page and leave the rest blank. I have found a way around this; if I set the printer to "black & white" rather than color, everything prints fine. (And I have been able to print a JPG picture from my harddrive in color just fine). But usually if my printer is set for "color" - the page does not completely print. I have not changed any settings or done anything to my computer recently. Has anyone had this problem? thsh6
