Question HP Photo and Imaging Part II
I have a problem with downloading email photos being so large as to cause a real log jam when sent to others. Is the problem with the software I use (HP Photo and IMaging) or with my email source. I had been using Mozilla Thunderbird but I went back to OE. However, it doesn't seem to matter, the pictures are still huge, like 14 x 10. Makes it difficult to send more than one pic at a time...marilynpyl

Unless the recipient is going to print the images at large size you just need to resize them. I would suggest no larger than 800 X 600.

The freeware Irfanview will batch resize them for you. I would save at about quality 70 also. Make sure to save them to a different folder and not overwrite your originals. www.irfanview.com
