Can't add pictures to those on line picture hosting sites
What could cause this? I have pictures posted at several of those free picture hosting sites. All of a sudden I can't up load more pictures. Process starts and after a few minutes the up load aborts and I get a message saying the web page can not be found. Always has worked very well on Photojo, Webshots, aol pictures and just tried photobucket.com Same results on every site. What do I need to change or re-do on this computer to get this working again? Thanks, ~Okie~

What software have you added or updated before you noticed this problem?

The only thing I can think of is I updated my Kodak software. Still haven't got the new Kodak system figured out completely. If it is a software problem, what would you suggest I try to do to fix it? Thanks. Remember to keep it simple. I am strictly an amature computer user. Self taught

It's hard to say, but most sites like that require cookies enabled. In your browser Tools > Internet Options > Privacy make sure you are not blocking cookis. Also, do you have a software firewall installed?

Try uploading a picture you have previously uploaded to make sure it is not your Kodak software causing the problem.

Try opening the images with ... Irfanview (or any decent image editing/viewing prog)!
Sorry, couldn't help it. Seriously, it may be that the images are saved with an incorrect extension which is screwing up the imagehost.

is it possible that you've gone over the storage limit at those sites? some photo storage sites also include monthly bandwidth usage limits... if too many hits are taken, then the images can't be added and/or become unviewable until next month or you upgrade your account.

just an idea...

either way, i hope it's worked out for you.
