store development vs. home printer

Is there a good 4" x 6" color inkjet printer that will give me as good of a quality picture as taking my digital memory card to the store (Walgreens for example) and having them develop it? Thanks for your input. thsh6

Yes. Look into the Epson Picture Mate. This little printer does an outstanding job of printing 4X6 prints.
