ODBC locked message
I just reformatted my hdd and installed win 2k. I am trying to install Print artist and it goes through the preporatory steps then when it starts the installation, it show ODBC library is locked. ODBC will not continue. IO have all my processes shut down in the background, virus checkers, popup stoppers etc. What els can I doe and how do I get around this. Thanks

Boot to safe mode and try the installation.
