Picasa2
I use picasa2 to develop web pages to place photos on my web pages. All of the backgrounds are either gray or black, and I would like to change it to a parchment so that it is more fitting with the rest of my pages. I have a parchment jpg that I have used. I use Word to make my pages, and I can open the file with it and add any text that I wish. I go to background, add picture and this works on what I see in word, but when I save it and then open it in IE I still get the blue background. When I open the HTML source and delete where it shows gray, it just changes it back. Any help would be appreciated.
