I have been recently told the everytime I re-open and image off from my computer, That the image looses quality..... Is there ANY truth to this??

I mean by just opening it and not resaveing it each Time.... So after a Thousand Time I open and use the Image it looses quality???? Onnce again any thruth to this???

There is no truth to that. Opening any image file and just closing it does not affect the original image at all.

If you work on an image and save it as a JPG you will lose a little quality with each save. How much you lose is dependent on the save quality.
