In Ifranview open any image from the folder. Go File>Thumbnails. You will get a separate window with thumbnails of all of the images in the folder. You have a large choice of thumbnail sizes and options from the thumbnail view page.
You can hold the Ctrl key while you select the thumbs you want or select all. You then have a large selection of choices of what you want to do with the selected thumbnails.
