What is an .rar extension and what kind of program
do I need to view same??????

Winrar
Rar = compressed archive like Winzip (zip).
Did you even try Google?

I still don't understand....WHAT do I need to do(or download)
to view this file??????(I can't unzip a file that has a MS label)

hah. Yeah Winrar is like Winzip, but can handle .rar and .zip files. Search download.com for Winrar, and download that. Then if you have winzip, you can delete that, as Winrar can handle what winzip does.

Power Archiver might be another program that you would want to look at. You can find it by googling powarc611.
