Very easy image editor for beginner in website building
Hi. I am building a website and I need a image editor that is easy for beginners. Please advise some free programs.

I started to use Paint Shop Pro version 4. But I find it complicated for my needs at the moment. Specically I need to do the following:
1. Add texts on tiny images to create personalized buttons for my website
2. Create a logo for my website.
My previous image editing experience has been only with PaintBrush program that comes with Windows.
