How to remove ACDSee 3.1 history bar
Hi there. I would like to know how can i remove the address history of ACDSee 3.1?

Its really annoying because there is so many items in there and the list just build up whenever I open new folders in my WinXP Pro SP2.

Please advise and thanks a lot~

Can’t advise on ACDsee - I threw it away a long time ago.
From what I read in the reviews at download.com, Version 3 was the last good version.

You might want to join the crowd and upgrade to the freeware Irfanview.

Check his site frequently, he upgrades it for free when needed.

Maybe CCleaner will help you clean up.

This won't remove the bar but will wipe the history (at least for v. 3.01, which I have):

Exit ACDSee 1st. Use RegEdit to delete the following key:

KEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ACD Systems\ACDSee -> HistPaths

(The key will regenerate when you relaunch ACDSee, so don't worry if you delete it.)

Just a wild guess since I don't have ACDsee -
You might want to try CCleaner to see if it'll clean the past history.
