Hi,

How can I get high quality Bitmap or JPEG's from a video??

Use Irfanview. Also download and install all the plugins to increase the file types it can handle. Play the video with Irfanview, pause it, right-click the video and Copy. Paste it in Irfanview or another application. In Irfanview, you can then Save As... whatever image type you choose.

You can do it with the current version of Windowsmovie maker or for that matter most NLE's.

The freewware version of Screen Hunter will do a lot of capture/conversion work for you.
