convert png to pdf
Does anyone know of free/cheap software that will convert a png image to pdf format? The png image is a graph of website activity that I want to download from the web server and distribute to various people. I figure pdf is the safest format to use for distribution.

open office allows you to create PDF's from within their word processor--Try bringing the png into it, then sending it out as a PDF---I guess it should work. (Open office is a free office suite.

It will work as linkskyjack posted.
You can get OOo from http://OpenOffice.org
All you have to do is run OpenOffice.org Writer
Go to Insert>>Graphics>>From File
Pick out your file and hit Ok.
Go to Export>>Export as PDF.
It will give you a couple options for the PDF file.
Hit Ok agian, and you're done.

Hey guys. Thanks so much for your replies. I'll try doing that over the next few days and let you know how it goes. One question though - will there by any conflict in having both MS Office and openoffice installed on my HD or can they be used independently of one another?

You can use them both (although OpenOffice is better IMO, but I'm kind of biased because its free )
