I have an animated photo that i can see the flashing text in my friend said that i cant view .gif and told me to post here? please help me

Well, what is your problem exactly?

Is the animation just the flashing text (as you state that you can see that) or is there more animation than just the text that you cannot see?

We cannot tell from your post what application you are viewing the animated gif file in, so not sure how we could help yet.
