Ulead GIF Animator 5 - NEED HELP!!
Hello - first post for me, woo hoo...

I have a GIF (or image files of a video file) and I want to RE-position each object in each frame (move them all at once) and I want to resize them all at once

I cant figure out how to do it, ive used the website and the help menu and couldnt find my answer

maybe im just using the sync to all frames thing wrong, but i just need help with what im doing, PLEASE i dont want to hear crap like "Photoshop is more effiecient you should buy it" or "GIMP is obviously better software"

please i just want help with Ulead GIF animator 5
