Not exactly sure what you mean by "Thumbnail Poster" ... But the freeware Irfanview can do something like attached.

yes something similar. bascially i m looking for a software that can generates photos in thumbnail view and then print out to A4, A3 or even bigger format like poster...

Irfanview will do what you want it would seem...you can adjust the thumb size and print right from the program

If not... then you need to be more specfic

That's about what I attached.
The prints size will depend on the size you select for the thumbnails and the number of thumbnails selected for display.
Then - in Irfanviews print routine - you can adjust the print size as well.

Irfanview also makes a very good replacement for XPs Windows Image n Fax viewer.
It can do a whole lot more than just Thumbnails.
You ought to grab a copy and play with it.

It's the favorite of many TG forum members.
If you have a problem, just ask - and be ready for a flood of help.

Your link seems to be down – maybe temporary. Irfanview will also make a contact sheet of thumbnails with no space or titles.
